A. Yes, the domain name can be easily redirected to our servers at no extra cost.
Q. Do I have to use all the pages?
A. No, if you don't need to use all the pages provided, simply don't - the site will function properly whether you use all of the pages or not.
Q. Can I have more editable pages?
A. Depending on the package purchased a set number of editable pages are included in the site design/build We're happy to provide a quote for more if required.
Q. Can I add or edit the content from my iPad/Tablet?
A. Yes, the admin panel is accessible across multiple devices and platforms.
Q. I already have a logo, can this be added to the website?
A. Yes, just send it to us and we'll include it for you.
Q. Can I add more than the three banners shown in the example sites?
A. Yes, just let us know and we'll include this feature in your site.
Q. Can I use this for my '.............' business/company?
A. Because it's such a versatile system, it can be used to advertise or promote almost any kind of business from Aardvark cleaners to Zip manufacturers!
Q. Can you build me a site in the theme of a '.............' business/company?
A. Yes, it's not limited to the examples shown and we can build it to suit almost any business/market sector including a butcher, a baker, or even a candlestick maker!
Q. What does the hosting and support cost after the free 12 months?
A. We charge a flat rate of £59.99 per year which includes hosting and support (remember, the first 12 months is already included)
Q. Do I have to have the standard page names such as 'About Us'?
A. You can give the pages any names you like!
Q. Can you build me a completely tailored/bespoke solution?
A. Yes, please contact us for details.
Q. Can you make alterations to the site in the future, if needed?
A. We're happy to make minor alterations free of charge or quote for more major modifications on request
Q. I've just purchased this. What happens now?
A. We'll send you a simple and short questionnaire to complete (name, address, names and & style of of pages required etc). Once completed and returned, we can normally have the site ready for you to add your own content within 48 hours.
